Welcome, I'm Isabel (she/her). I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-22212) in Arizona and a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist. I provide virtual psychotherapy to individuals (16+) & facilitate intimate virtual support groups (+18). I received my Master of Social Work degree from Arizona State University and have experience at the outpatient, intensive outpatient & residential levels of care.

My door is open to people of all racial, ethnic, sexual, gender, relational, and cultural identities & backgrounds.

Offerings

Individual Therapy

I provide virtual individual therapy & can address mental health concerns related to self-esteem, general and relationship anxiety, depression, codependency, eating disorders, body image, relationships, trauma, coping skills & shame. Click here for information on fees for individual therapy.

Support Groups

Virtual support groups are offered on a weekly basis, with groups exceeding no more than 10 people. Each group is facilitated by a licensed mental health provider who introduces a new skill or concept related to the overall theme & provides space for people to share their experiences.
