Fees & Policies

• 15-minute phone consultation - $0

• 50-minute individual therapy session - $150

• 60-minute initial intake session - $160

• 75-minute support group session - $40

Cancellations and no-shows

Therapy is most effective when attended consistently. Cancellations within 24-hours of service have an $85 fee, while cancellations outside this window do not have a fee. Not showing for a scheduled session 15-minutes past the scheduled session time has a $115 fee. 

Reduced fee option

I offer a limited number of reduced fee services for individual therapy. If you feel this option is right for you, please reach out directly for more information.

Insurance

Into Place Therapy is unable to accept insurance at this time but can provide Superbills to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Please contact your individual insurance carrier to see if this out-of-network benefit is available to you.
